FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 days, and currently ship via USPS Priority mail or FedEx. Small photos will ship First Class mail. At the time of shipment, tracking info will be emailed to you. Delivery time within the US is generally 3-7 days. (I am located in Midwest, USA) I regret that I'm unable to offer shipping outside of the US at this time.

How are payments processed?

My shop is hosted by Big Cartel. Credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe, via Big Cartel, so I do not personally ever see customer payment/credit card information or details. 

Are Care Instructions included?

Each item includes a printed tag with my shop name, contact info, and care instructions, if applicable.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact me via the Contact button and I will assist you with shipping your return.

Do you take Custom Orders?

Due to personal time constraints, I regret that I am not able to take custom orders at this time.
